with 2 vanishing points
I made 2 versions on a topic that has been with me for a long time: 2 vanishing points.
This is a very fascinating and complex topic that I would like to discuss in more detail in a blog post soon.
The easiest way to depict the subject is in a landscape painting and so I chose this construction first.
The surroundings of the upper vanishing point are calm and contemplative, the calm on a river with a view into the distance, while the lower vanishing point leads deep into the sea and is characterized by chaos.
The small look at the “surface” (of our world) appears stable and healthy.
There are some good aspects and I am quite happy with the force field that results from this split into 2 vanishing points. This makes the picture area appear very large. I will try to eliminate the existing weaknesses in another version.
Another thought that has been bothering me for some time, and not just for political reasons, has been incorporated: reflections on our nature, and environment. I don’t want to start another series with this topic, but I would like to try to translate one or the other idea into a graphic. And maybe it’s a niche in the market: environmental painting 🙂
