state of the art – a couple of self portraits
For many years I painted a self-portrait every year. I called the series “State of the Art”. Unfortunately I stopped because I didn’t want to be perceived as a narcissist.

almost thrown away
I have a few binders of work that I originally wanted to throw away. The reason? I mostly work on series. These have to follow a certain concept or thought. If a work does not fit in, it will be sorted out.
